脱敏：README 与 report.cls 去掉个人邮箱与真实身份

Browse Source 
- README 去掉创建者署名（个人姓名 + 校园邮箱）
- report.cls 顶部维护者信息改为通用占位符 someone@example.com
- README 新增「署名与联系方式（二次分发前请修改）」一节，分别说明
  模板维护者信息（report.cls 顶部注释，不参与排版）与报告作者信息
  （input/info.tex，会印在封面、单位部门还会成为全页水印）该在哪改

验证：仓库全文扫描无个人身份信息命中；XeLaTeX（TeX Live 2026）
编译两遍通过，输出 10 页、无错误。
