简历：babel 选项 frenchb 改为 french，兼容 TeX Live 2025 #18

frenchb 是 babel 早期的法语方言名，TeX Live 2025 已把它从「已知语言」
列表里移除，写旧名会报 Unknown option 'frenchb'，压住后还会进一步炸在
\begin{document} 处的 \bbl@main@language。改成 french 在旧版本上同样可用，
是向前兼容的写法。

本模板正文是中文，babel 这里只影响西文连字与断词细节，中文断行由 xeCJK
负责，因此改动不影响排版结果。

顺带记录：本次在 WSL（Ubuntu 26.04 + TeX Live 2025）内首次跑通全库 13 个
主文件的编译验证，页数与 Windows 端（TeX Live 2022）一致。另有两处
Linux 侧环境差异不属于模板问题，已在工单 #18 里说明处理方式：
FontAwesome.otf 不随 Debian 的 texlive 分发（用 fontconfig 注册仓库内字体解决）、
简历另需 texlive-lang-french。
